Pro Session Planners was born in 2003. Initially the website was designed as a resource for National Diploma Football Studies students. It's overall vision is to motivate, support, educate and inspire each person to maximize their full potential by harnessing the power of football practically and theoretically. As a coach I want to encourage all coaches and managers to provide a safe and positive alternative place to go other than playing on the streets, by improving the quality of the lives of all within our community, locally and regionally regardless of age, sex, religion, ethnic background, ability and sexual orientation through a fun, friendly and professional approach, helping people realise their full potential and develop personal skill and confidence.   

My name is Ritchie Semple and I am currently the Coordinator of Football Studies at Myerscough College, Liverpool, England. I am a qualified UEFA coach, I have a teaching degree and I am also working towards a BSc in Sports Education & Coaching. I have vast experience at both collegiate level and club level. I currently coach the Under 15's at Chester City Football Club and the U17's & U19's at Myerscough College (Liverpool). I also have my work published on the Soccer Specific and Teach PE websites.
